Southwestern pizza
I made pizza for dinner. This is super easy. Basically, I just added all my ingredients together, baked it around 375 degrees, watched the cheese melt to my liking, and eat! Ingredients used: chicken, lavash bread, cheese, and corn. Corn is already flavored with southwestern taste so you don't need to add any flavoring.

Chicken salad dinner
Made a huge bowl of chicken salad. I used Perdue chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, provolone cheese, cucumbers and sesame dressing. So yum!

Curry with rice
The weather is cold. I like to load up on vitamin C so I don't get a sick. Veggies are good for that. So I used Chinese celery, Chinese broccoli and shrimps for my curry.

Dinner after work
I have been staying late at work. There is not a lot of time to cook. Luckily, I have ramen noodles!

Shrimp tempura
BH and I went to outback this weekend. We had coconut shrimp for appetizer. It was so yummy. I want to make this at home so I went to hmart. I got a pound of shrimp, tempura mix, and a bunch of other things for the week.
How to make tempura shrimp:
1. Peel shrimp, remove the vines and leave the tails
2. Add water to batter. More water means less batter, the way I like it. Depends on your taste.
3. Add frying oil to a pot. Wait for the oil to warm up.
4. Dip the shrimp in the batter and dump shrimp in the oil to fry.
Simple and delicious.
